Introduction to the Instructor Development Course
Welcome to Teacher Bubbles Instructor Development Course (IDC). This course is designed to provide new instructors with the knowledge and skills that they will need to teach CMLearn programs in the community.
There are several components to the program, including a section that requires you to demonstrate skills proficiency in the courses that you will be teaching. In addition, you will be required to present two prepared topics as well as handle questions and answers based on your prepared presentations. When you have completed this program and met its requirements, you will be confident and prepared to conduct your own courses.
During this course, you will learn teaching methods and techniques that are the foundation of every good instructor. You will learn by participating in the course activities and watching others during their skills and performance demonstrations.
Teaching is rewarding. You will have the unique opportunity to help someone learn life-saving information and skills.

Rules and Requirements
To earn the instructors badge as a Teacher Bubbles instructor you must meet the instructor requirements outlined by the IDC course outcomes, must complete the requirements of Teacher Bubbles Instructor Regulations, must complete 80 hours of instruction as a primary instructor, and must meet evaluation requirements after two separate evaluations 30 days apart.
