The purpose of this course is to provide learners with the necessary knowledge and provide a comprehensive overview relating to the following skills program or unit standard: DESCRIBE THE FUNCTIONS OF THE WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY REPRESENTATIVE, which has been developed for the qualification,: NATIONAL CERTIFICATE: OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT ID 74269 LEVEL 2 – 122 CREDITS. This course is to improve the skills and knowledge of learners, and thus enabling them to effectively and efficiently complete specific tasks. Learners are to attend training workshops/sessions according to SAQA requirements as well as specified by their organization. These workshops/sessions are presented, and conducted by a qualified facilitator.
